The Owner's Retreat is a secluded 7,500 square foot home featuring 8 bedrooms each with it's own flat screen TV, 5 1/2 baths with a private entrance from the highway. Upstairs are 6 bedrooms, a gameroom with billiard table, card table, sitting area with a plasma TV and a deck overlooking Chalk Mountain Lake. Downstairs features 2 bedrooms, full kitchen and dining rooms, a great room with a huge rock fireplace and 50" plasma TV. Outside is your own private Chalk Mountain Lake with a bass boat, aqua cycle paddle boat and swimming platform. In the back yard you will find a grill and private firepit to roast s'mores.

LODGING: Four Days and Three Nights at the Owner's Retreat

DINING:

Breakfast (*Included in your rate): At your option:
- Enjoy our award winning breakfast at the lodge, or
- Breakfast will be brought to the home each morning.
Dinner (*Included in your rate):
- One of the three nights: Dinner will be prepared at the home by our chef and along with our staff. It’s up to you whether you choose dine outside under the stars or inside the home. You, as our guest, do not have to worry about any preparation of clean up.
- Two of the three nights: Three course dinner at the lodge.
Snacks:
- Stocked at the home will be a supply of snacks, waters, ice cream and coffee (*Included in your rate)
- Marshmallows/S’mores (*Included in your rate)
Lunch: Available according to our daily menu. Lunch can be brought to the home or served in the Lodge or by the Pools (lunch is not included in the purchase price).

Sporting Clay rounds for 4 people (* included in your rate)

PERSONAL CONCIERGE SERVICE:

24 Hour Butler / Concierge Service (* included in your rate):
- One staff member is assigned to your Party on a 24 hour per day basis to assist with any request such as: special arrangements, coordinate menus, arrange for baby sitters, assist with scheduling, travel to town to pick up any forgotten items, provide additional fishing items, wash and fill up your vehicles, etc.

RATE:

14 total people (any combination of Adults and Children): $10,900
- Each additional adult add $300 per night (includes food)
- Each additional child add $177 per night (includes food)

OTHER ITEMS:

Roll up beds and Pack and Plays available at no charge.
Only the following substitutions can be made:
- Horseback rides can be substituted on a one for one basis for additional spa treatments.
- Sporting Clay rounds can be substituted on a one for one basis for either additional Spa Treatments or additional Horseback Rides.
Price does not include applicable taxes, gratuity and alcohol.
